mixed feelings about this stay

missed wake-up callnoisy room
the service was definitely not up to par i asked for a wake-up call and it never happened i missed an important meeting because of it. also, the room was quite noisy at night there was street noise and i could hear people in the hallway. this made it difficult to sleep soundly even with earplugs. i expected better soundproofing for the price paid

the staff was friendly i noticed. the spar was lovely too i must say.
i am a demanding guest. i found the breakfast to be poor. croissants had the same filling every day. the food selection is not acceptable for a hotel of this supposed quality. there should have been greater variety.
